“Working on a puzzle! Cleaned out a bunch more today, threw out some stuff (15 year old matress from a bunk bed set?!) and was generally lazy. Packed a bit more, too. Productive, overall. I just wish the damn wind would stop blowing so much so that my heating wasn’t rendered ineffective by the draftiness of this old place.”

It’s almost my birthday month! Yes, I am one of those obnoxious people.
January 19th: It’s a Wednesday. I will be 27 years old. As I do every year, I am taking the day off to do whatever the hell I want.
There’s something so nice about having a random Wednesday off. Great little way to break up the week, ya know?

Some Days are Better than Others
Some weeks are worse than others. This has been one of those weeks. Work has been nonstop and overwhelming, my stress level has been through the roof and John and I have been bickering about… nothing. (I still maintain that half of it is his fault.)
Such is life. We have good days and we have bad days., good weeks and bad weeks. As I sit here writing this tonight, I am actually done working until...

Happy holidays, indeed.
Lohan will never cease to entertain/shock/horrify me. She also consistently makes me really, really proud of my life decisions. Although mine’s not necessarily a “classy” or “sober” life, it’s still more put together and in control than hers.

Not a huge fan of Richie’s wedding dress(es). The mock turtleneck is sort of throwing me off.
